This course is aimed at experienced domestic gas engineers who already hold a CCN1 qualification that is expiring, or has expired less than 12 months ago, and now need to renew it in line with the five-year ACS requalification cycle. It’s essential for engineers who intend to remain Gas Safe registered and continue working on domestic gas installations, as CCN1 remains the mandatory pre-requisite for all domestic appliance-specific qualifications. Where a CCN1 qualification has lapsed for more than 12 months, learners must instead undertake the full initial assessment.
